Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the process through which interested adults and older children are gradually introduced to the Roman Catholic faith and way of life. Children who were not baptized as infants are also initiated through an adapted process of this rite. The culmination of this process is initiation into the Catholic Church at the Easter Vigil on Holy Saturday. Persons interested in learning more about the faith, as well as those who would be willing to be a sponsor and mentor are welcome to join us!
Time commitment: Weekly meetings and classes leading up to Holy Saturday.
