St Francis de Sales Knights of Columbus would like to honor the Kurt Kayser Family with the October Family of the Month award. Kurt joined the Knights of Columbus in October of 2017 and he is a first-degree member of the Knights of Columbus. Kurt is the School Advisor Liaison for our parish council. Kurt was instrumental in leading our parish Fall Festival that was enjoyed by everyone. Kurt’s wife Joanne is a 2nd grade teacher at St Francis de Sales and helps the parish children. Kurt and Joanne have two children, Kaden age 14 and Allegra age 11 that have assisted in the Knights of Columbus breakfast as volunteers. This award was presented to Kurt and his Wife Joanne on Oct. 21 during the Knights of Columbus Landing Day celebration.
The Knights of Columbus Family of the Month program promotes and supports the development of strong and vibrant families by recognizing the good work being done every day in the homes of our neighbors. Recognized families outwardly exhibit strong ties of love and faith, exemplifying Catholic family values and making meaningful contributions to their parish and larger community.
Again, congratulations to the entire Kayser family! May they grow further in their love for one another and continue to strive to emulate the blessed model set forth for us by the Holy Family.
