A great big THANK YOU to those who made it possible to offer free copies of The Four Signs of a Dynamic Catholic to both our English speaking and Spanish speaking family this Lent. If you see any of these Parish family members please thank them for their generosity:
Dr. Gerald Fleer, Dr. Nestor and Bien Alabarca, Greg and Jean Dexter, Irene and Budd Humphrey, Joe and Roselyn Lanzito, Dr. Mark and Ann Pienkos and say a prayer of Thanksgiving for: the Weis family who donated in Memory of Grace Weis, Anonymous in the Spirit of Faith, Hope and Love and several other anonymous donors.
Because of their generosity and the participation of 40-50 parish family members we had 3 English and one Spanish discussion groups which have sparked the interest of those participating to learn more about their Catholic faith and become more involved in our St. Francis de Sales parish family life and ministries.
As many of you may know we have a very active and growing Bible Study on Wednesday mornings which starts at 10 a.m.. The current study will be ending before the end of the school year. For more information please call the Parish office at (262) 248-8524.
Plans are being made to offer more studies and programs, though the cost of the books may not be underwritten but we are looking at various programs to deepen our knowledge and understanding of our faith and will make them as affordable as possible for any and all who wish to participate.
