Congratulations to this year’s RCIA class who participated in the Rite of Welcoming and Acceptance on Sunday, Jan. 17 during the 10:30 Mass. The Rite of Welcoming and Acceptance marks the point in the RCIA journey in which candidates make public their desire to continue their journey to membership in the Catholic Church. They also receive a special blessing and a promise of prayers and support from all members of the church. This year’s class includes Shelli Stenz, Donald Parsons, Malinda Beaudin and Tracy Christiansen along with sponsors Dylan Stenz, Daryl Braun, Obdulia Vargas and Denise Kottke.
