St. Francis de Sales school is gearing up for the Fourth Annual School Jogathon. The SFDS Jogathon is an exciting way for the students to raise funds for the school, get some exercise and build school spirit. Students from 4K to 8th grade will participate. All money raised from the Jogathon will be going towards purchasing textbooks for the school.
The Jogathon will take place during school hours on Thursday, Oct. 1, and it kicks off with the Pep Rally at 1 p.m. Everyone is encouraged to wear SFDS Spirit Wear. The event will be organized by grade level. Each student that participates in the event will receive a medal, the grade that raises the most in donations will receive a pizza and ice cream lunch, and two students from each grade who raise the most donation money will receive a casual day.
